ABOUT THIS COURSE:

This course is designed to enhance your personal and professional communication skills. Together, we will develop and maximize your personal communication style. We will learn techniques to best identify behavioral styles of others and get desired results.

We will explore 21 real truths about a qualified lead. We will dig deeper into who is qualified, who is not qualified for your time and what to do about it. But most of all we will learn why? What is the prospect why and more importantly, what is your why. Do you have a why?

Do you have an effective sales system? Or are you just going with the flow in an undisciplined way. Has your company taken the time to train you on your product or service?.... Or are you just shown the door and expected to generate results. Every great superstar follows a disciplined plan every day, do you?

Does your entire team have your back? Do the Customer service teams and service providers know what is expected by the client? Do those CS teams deliver on the promises made by the Sales Team? The Sales and Customer Services teams must be in complete synchronization. If not a real breakdown is eminent. We will discuss real best practice methods all team members should engage.
