Notes: Designed as a Cohort Group Series. This series is offered in person or online for convenience. Limited to 12 Participants for the LIVE classroom format and 25 Participants for the VIRTUAL format, intended to maximize individualized value. This series is designed to develop multiple skillsets and directly improve performance at the Executive, and Ownership levels. Three fundamental principles are presented in the series. Individual skillset knowledge, team performance development and improved execution with attention to results are of primary focus. Refund Policy

Once the event is booked it is understood all parties have committed to the program. Should uncontrolled circumstances dictate cancellation or adjustment of the event, JRCI will evaluate and make responsible adjustments. Cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 60 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a 50% fee. A major disaster or significant illness is considered a legitimate reason for cancellation and will require additional review.

  • The tools and materials that will be provided to you are confidential and proprietary for your use only. Accordingly, you agree to hold the tools and materials in confidence and trust. Tools are not to be duplicated or loaned to others for any reason.

About Jeffrey A. Rogers

Certified Professional Business Coach

Certified as a Professional Business Coach, Jeff instructs new business coach candidates through the Professional Business Coaches Alliance. Responsibilities include ongoing program development and training for international membership.

As an Adjunct Professor of Practice at Syracuse University Whitman School of Management, Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprise, Jeff instructs Introduction to Entrepreneurship. Jeff works with students to develop personal awareness and establish a foundation in entrepreneurship moving forward in life.


Certified Professional Business Coach – Virtual Series Co-Instructor 

John’s experience, expertise and forte are in effective leadership of complex organizations and particularly, ones suffering crises. He is a former professional football player followed by a thirty-three-year career as a military officer and U.S. Navy aircraft carrier fighter pilot. He earned his nickname, “Boomer”, as a football player that followed him as a callsign into the cockpits of jet fighters deploying eleven times “down range” and more than eight years away from his family to trouble spots around the globe.

Through this journey he learned the art of elite teamwork as a football player, then as a leader in multiple deadly crises overseas as well as in the Pentagon during the attacks of 9/11, to today as an executive and business coach. From these he developed a passion for pinnacle leadership development and as a calling he forwent traditional Defense Contractor corporate work after his military career and established his consultancy in 2008 to follow his passion for developing leaders with a specialty of leadership during crisis.

As a former professional football player, he understands the needs of pro football clubs and teamwork at the elite level. As a John “Boomer” Stufflebeem, CPBC proven combat leader and retired U.S. Navy admiral he understands and translates the critical lessons of leadership in any dynamic environment for business.
