We begin EOEDS 3.0 with Competency Management Skills, an outline of the essential items that sometimes fall through the cracks. You will then work to build Teamwork and Innovation within your organization. Next, we will develop communication and conflict management skills to the next level. Great leaders have firm Persuasion and Influence skills, and you will enhance your skills in this unit. All leaders drive results, and you will work on Executing for Results in this series all the way through. But in this unit, we hit results hard! We explore marketing to ensure you are keeping an eye on your organizational marketing efforts to remain relevant in your market. We follow that up with Customer Service Strategies for Success to ensure we are consistently delivering what we say we will to our customers.
